Error - Unable to Execute AXL Service in CUCM

If you're receiving an error while configuring AXL, the web service is not enabled in CUCM.

1. Select Cisco Unified Serviceability from the Navigation drop-down list, click Go, and log in.
2. Click Tools > Service Activation.
3. Under Database and Admin Services, check Cisco AXL Web Service.
4. Click Save.
