How to Upload CallReplay 7.x/8.x Channel License
If calls are not being recorded it may be because all channels are in use.
Contact Syn-Apps Support – email support@syn-apps.com or call 1-866-664-6071 option 2 – to purchase additional channels and upload license to CallReplay.
There are three basic steps performed in CallReplay:
- Upload the new license.
- Update tenants.
- Update dynamic channels.
Upload License
- Click System > Licenses or System > Licensing > Licenses.
- Click the Upload & Activate button.
- Navigate to the new .lix file, select it and clickopen.
The license should now show a status of Valid.
Update Tenants
- Click System > Tenants.
- Click the Edit button (green pencil on the left).
- Update the channels with the new channel license count.
- Click OK.
Update Dynamic Channels
- Click Recording > Recording Policy.
- Click on the Dynamic Channels tab.
- Allocate all remaining channels to Automatic or On Demand as desired.
- Click Save.
