How to Upload CallReplay 7.x/8.x Channel License

If calls are not being recorded it may be because all channels are in use.

Contact Syn-Apps Support – email support@syn-apps.com or call 1-866-664-6071 option 2 – to purchase additional channels and upload license to CallReplay.

 

There are three basic steps performed in CallReplay:

  1. Upload the new license.
  2. Update tenants.
  3. Update dynamic channels.

Upload License

  1. Click System > Licenses  or System > Licensing > Licenses.
  2. Click the Upload & Activate button.
  3. Navigate to the new .lix file, select it and clickopen.

The license should now show a status of Valid.

Update Tenants

  1. Click System > Tenants.
  2. Click the Edit button (green pencil on the left).
  3. Update the channels with the new channel license count.
  4. Click OK.

Update Dynamic Channels

  1. Click Recording > Recording Policy.
  2. Click on the Dynamic Channels tab.
  3. Allocate all remaining channels to Automatic or On Demand as desired.
  4. Click Save.
