Enable Verbose Logging in SA-Announce

Additional logging information can be useful when troubleshooting an issue.

Note: Remember to change the log level back to Significant after the issue is resolved.

1. Log in to SA-Announce and navigate to Services > Broadcast Services.
2. Click the Log Level tab.
3. Change the File Minimum Error Level to ALL.
4. Click the Services tab click Restart to restart Broadcast Services.
