Mesa, AZ (December 3, 2014) — Syn-Apps LLC, a pioneer in mass notification, business enabled communication processes, and paging solutions centered around unified communications, today announced plans to introduce AtlasIED to its Certified Endpoint Program. Atlas, a leader in commercial sound, is currently in the process of certifying select IP hardware products for interoperability with SA-Announce. Atlas plans to go to market with these products early in 2016.
“We have been working with Syn-Apps for over six years combining our loudspeaker technology with their SA-Announce unified communications solution,” said President John Ivey. “Certifying our newest IP based product with Syn-Apps’ Certified Endpoint Program, we can insure interoperability between our endpoints and Syn-Apps software solutions for years to come. We are proud to be their partner and value the past six years of collaborative efforts to deliver solutions that solve customer problems.”
Syn-Apps’ Certified Endpoint Program expands channel reseller’s product portfolios by providing customers a trusted mass notification solution, complete with plug-and-play integration between SA-Announce and certified-Atlas endpoints. This Program helps to facilitate innovation and growth between Syn-Apps and IoT hardware manufacturers while providing mutual customers with true freedom of choice.
“I am pleased to welcome Atlas to the Certified Endpoint Program. We share a history filled with industry firsts and very collaborative spirits. It is no surprise that Atlas was one of the first members to embrace our Certified Endpoint Program. Our customers and industry partners will benefit from this unique relationship and our joint commitment to collaboration, interoperability, coordinated support, and most of all an unwavering commitment to customer success,” said Ian Pitts, President and CEO of Syn-Apps LLC.
Manufacturers participate in the program by integrating Syn-Apps’ API and testing their hardware for interoperability with SA-Announce. Use of the API is free of charge to IoT endpoint manufacturers and carries a small fee for mass notification providers that integrate Syn-Apps’ API into their own solutions, allowing them to leverage the growing ecosystem of Syn-Apps’ certified IoT devices.
